jacobs, director of operations

Mr. Jacobs is responsible for all operational functions including
production, resource logistics, engineering, research and development,
regulatory, health and safety, technical support and customer service.
He has indirect management of finance, product marketing, and human
resources. P&L responsibility and actively participate in strategic
planning, continual improvement of profitability, and coordination
with other site mangers/personnel within the corporation.
Mr. Jacobs has 30 plus years experience working with multiple environments.
He has developed strong communications and interpersonal skills
with an aptitude for identifying problems and implementing corrective
action plans. Extensive supervisory and management experience in
a business environment with expertise in engineering, human resources,
safety, design, construction, welding, metal fabrication and assembly
operations.
